Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is used to help manage a health condition or enhance wellness. Massage therapy has been studied for several types of pain, including low-back pain, neck and shoulder pain, pain from osteoarthritis of the knee, and headaches. What is the main purpose of massage therapy?
One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. This occurs because massage prompts the release of endorphins – the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of wellbeing. Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also reduced.

Vacuum therapy is a modern version of the ancient Chinese art of "cupping" which is now a popular alternative treatment. Cupping is an alternative therapy that involves suctioning the skin with glass, plastic, or silicone cups. It may help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, and reduce pain. Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is thought to improve the flow of energy in the body and facilitate healing.

Kinesiology / Athletic Therapy

One of the healing techniques used in Kinesiology is acupressure. Acupressure works by targeting pressure points on the body by applying steady force (acupuncture uses a needle, while acupressure uses fingers) and is thought by Chinese medicine to be a way of regulating bodily energy, aiding disease healing, and helping health.
